A Special General Meeting (SGM) has been called by the Board of Table Tennis NSW Inc. (TTNSW)  in accordance with clause 15.1 of the constitution for:

 Date: Sunday 2^nd February 2025.

Venue : The venue is Padstow RSL Club – 24-28 Howard Rd Padstow –

Time : 11:00 am – For a Strategic Forum to present the new constitution , followed by the SGM.

The only item of Business – moved by the TTNSW Board as a Special Resolution – under section 10 of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) and clause 77 of the TTNSW constitution –

Special Resolution THAT :    The constitution of Table Tennis New South Wales Incorporated  be amended and replaced with the document attached to the notice of meeting marked with the letter “A”

1. Please advise the name/s of the representative/s by completing and returning the Nominated Representative Form below by email to: mail@ttnsw.org.au  no later than  5pm on Saturday 19 January 2025.

The Strategic Forum will precede the SGM – commencing at 11.30 am.

Ian has been in Sports Law for over 30 years and has worked closely with Table Tennis Australia and NSW Office of Sport 

 Only Associations/Clubs that are financial for 2025 and the TTNSW Directors & Life Members are eligible to vote. All financial 2025 registered members are welcome to attend.

Please Note: the member numbers for your association are  as at 31 December 2024 and only those first registered with your club / Association on the Revsport database. This is not negotiable.
