FUTURE CANNOT WAIT

Table Tennis New South Wales (TTNSW) successfully ran a TOPS and a Level 1 TTA Coaching Course at Padstow RSL Club during 27 - 29 May 2022 with 18 participants in TOPS and 18 participants in Level 1 Coaching Course.

Both courses were presented by John Ind from Victoria assisted by Simon Leung and Andrew Hill. All presenters are accredited Level 2 Coaches and Level 1 Presenters.

This course is the latest approved by the Australian Sports Commission. Participants completing the requirements gain a nationally recognised qualification by Table Tennis Australia.

All coaches in NSW and in Australia must complete the appropriate National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NCAS) course. Table tennis courses are progressively

TOPS, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3

Please note that it is now a requirement in Police Community Youth Clubs, most Council properties, Government Schools and Independent Schools that only accredited persons be allowed to coach.

Accreditation is also required to attend National Junior Championships as a coach or a captain in NSW State Junior Team.
