NSW (Public) Secondary Schools Championships

The CHS Table Tennis tournament was held on Monday 26th June 2023 at the Sports Halls in Sydney Olympic Park.

There were 10 teams entered and there was a late withdrawal by Warren Central School so James Ruse Agricultural High School were the runner up school in the Sydney West region and were invited to compete in the tournament.

The final placings were as follows:

1st – Sydney Boys High School
2nd – North Sydney Boys High School
3rd – Merewether High School
4th – Castle Hill High School
5th – James Ruse High School
6th – Smiths Hill High School
7th – Hastings Secondary College
8th – Armidale Secondary College
9th – Bonnyrigg High School
10th - Albury High School

I would like to thank all the teams, teachers and parents for attending and especially to the country schools who travelled long distances to compete in the tournament. It was an enjoyable tournament with some outstanding games displayed throughout the day.
