Queensland border restrictions apply

For players, coaches, and parents who are attending the National event this July, Please complete the required Queensland declarations.
From 1am AEST Saturday 19 June 2021 you must complete a declaration to enter Queensland from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand that is not a declared COVID-19 hotspot.
Queensland Border Declaration Pass
You must complete a Queensland Border Declaration Pass 3 business days before entering Queensland if you have been to a declared COVID-19 hotspot in the last 14 days or since the start date identified for the hotspot (whichever is shorter), or if you have been to a state or territory that has a declared COVID-19 hotspot in the last 14 days.
You are required to act now;
1. Apply for a Queensland Broader Declaration Pass. Click Queensland Border Declaration Pass - Application | Queensland Government (www.qld.gov.au)
(Note: It takes up to 3 days to get the code, and once approved, the code expire in 14 days)
2. Let us know your Queensland Broader Declaration Pass code via this link HERE.
It is your responsibility to ensure you can enter into Queensland.
