Please see the attached Extreme Heat Policy adopted by Table Tennis NSW - from Sports Medicine Australia.
Please pay attention to the Heat versus Humidity Tables
All play MUST STOP in the red zone of these tables. Temperatures over 30 degrees MUST be monitored. High Humidity is the overlying factor. This past week humidity has been over 60 %
Which means any temperature over 30 degrees puts the table into the RED zone and activities MUST STOP.
No activities should take place between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm today
