TTNSW PLAYERS ACHIEVE 27 MEDALS AT 2022 TTA TOUR SYDNEY

The 2022 TTA Tour - Sydney kicked off on 4-5 June 2022 at Sydney Olympic Park with 353 individual event entries. It attracted Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games representatives.
192 top athletes from 6 States/Territories competed across a full quota of events, ranging from U11 to Open as well as Para (Class 1 - 11) during the two-day national event.
23 NSW players achieved incredible results with a swag of 27 medals.

TTA CEO Scott Houston commented TTA Tour on 10 Mar 2022:“It is pleasing to see that so many players are travelling from interstate to compete, which is a big step forward after COVID-19 impacted many national events in 2020 and 2021 and gives us full confidence to move forward in 2022.”
TTNSW Junior Team Manager, Leonie Whiteford congratulated NSW junior players for their fantastic results at 2022 TTA Tour - Sydney, where NSW junior players won 3 Gold Medals, 7 Silver Medal and 7 Bronze Medals. This follows on from the success of the NSW Junior players who won 5 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medal and 4 Bronze Medals at 2022 TTA Tour – Melbourne and won 8 Gold Medals, 5 Silver Medal and 7 Bronze Medals at 2022 TTA Tour - Canberra. Leonie wishes TTNSW junior players good luck in the 2022 National Junior Championships in July 2022.
TTNSW President, Tony Aduckiewicz said: “TTNSW is proud of our players’ great achievements: 17 players achieved 22 medals at 2022 TTA Tour - Canberra, 10 players achieved 15 medals at 2022 TTA Tour - Melbourne, and 23 players achieved 27 medals at 2022 TT Tour - Sydney. TTNSW is delighted to continue supporting TTA in its endeavours to assist the elite players to achieve their goals at both national and international level. “
