TTA is seeking the services of a highly skilled team player for the newly created position of Senior Manager - National Participation & Development Program. Reporting directly to the TTA Chief Executive Officer and leading
the Participation & Development team, this position will drive existing programs and initiatives and proactively source new opportunities in line with the TTA Strategic Plan.

TTA has undergone a period of substantial growth and regeneration across the business over the past 3.5 years; this is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to further build on this and take participation and
development in Australian table tennis to the next level. A demonstrated ability to maximise limited resources, a willingness to go above and beyond and the ability to communicate with a wide range of key stakeholders
(State/Territory Associations, clubs/associations, funding partners, participants etc.) is essential.

A background in table tennis is not a prerequisite, however prior experience in sports administration, particularly in participation and development will be highly regarded.

LOCATION:
This role will ideally be based at the TTA National Office in Adelaide. Working from another State or Territory may be considered for the right candidate.

This role will require occasional interstate travel.
